Colorado LAP Roundup
This week’s lawyer assistance program is Colorado’s Lawyers Helping Lawyers, Inc. (CLHL). CLHL is a non-profit, court-appointed assistance program focused on alcohol and substance abuse, and health issues. They provide weekly Lawyer to Lawyer Peer Support Group Meetings for Alcohol, Substance Abuse & Other Addictive Behaviors, and Mental Health Issues. Members can also attend other meetings organized by CLHL’s partner, Peer Assistance Services, Inc. that are designed for licensed professionals, including healthcare providers, doctors, dentists and lawyers.
