Connecticut LAP Roundup

Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Connecticut Inc.

This week in the LAP roundup, we’re spotlighting Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Connecticut Inc. (LCL-CT). The LCL-CT has an extensive website covering their various services available to members of the legal profession located in Connecticut, including crisis intervention and anonymous referrals.

The website also includes information to help identify the symptoms of substance abuse, mental health issues and gambling addictions. The LCL-CT provides information about how to reach out to colleagues, and details for various weekly twelve-step meetings, and monthly Women Attorneys’ Support Group meetings.

Additional information and contact details can be found on the LCL-CT website.

I am on the roster on mental health providers to which LCL-CT makes referrals. They’re a relatively new LAP and IMO are doing a great job of reaching out to Connecticut’s lawyers in needs.

    Thanks for your work here.
